Interaction#

State vocabulary: idle, available, focused, selected, active, occupied, changed, urgent, completed, locked, unavailable, new, connected, absent.

The universal path is Focus → inspect → preview → authorize/confirm if needed → act → await honest state → settle/record. A world object may host the action, but server authorization evaluates principal + Source + Action + resource + Organization + Project + purpose + state + grants + Role + policy + credential + conflict + budget + session assurance.

Panels are world-contained and share projection. Overlays remain crisp above the world and bind to semantic anchors. Chrome belongs to the app. When Ki or a conversation takes Focus, a near-opaque Overlay can gather Attention; the Field remains faintly present and the single input moves into that Overlay rather than duplicating in the dock.

Consequential controls use clear verbs and exact receipts. Undo exists only when a compensating Command is safe; otherwise the interface says what can be revised, cancelled, or appealed.
