Kiduna AI#

Ki is continuous Ecosystem intelligence, distinct from each Source, Avatar, Ally, and Actor. Ki helps the Field become legible; Ki is not the family, a universal Source, or the final judge.

Observation contract#

Ki may receive authorized Scene state, declared Actions/events, permissioned Project graph, explicit alignment feedback, and safety/operational signals. By default Ki does not receive unsubmitted drafts, ambient microphones, secret or personal Wisdom outside a grant, other principals’ private messages, biometric inference, or hidden behavioral scores.

At the moment content is contributed, the Source chooses one of: needed for this Action; improve my Ally; improve this Realm; evaluation only; do not retain. The receipt records purpose, access, retention, provider/model policy, and revocation limits. Training/evaluation datasets contain only material with an explicit basis; access revocation removes future eligibility and invalidates caches, while immutable Records preserve that an action occurred without exposing content.

Gameplay influence#

Ki explains context, shows relationships, proposes typed Actions, surfaces uncertainty, coordinates authorized Actors, and renders state changes. Ki never determines Orientation alone, allocates funding alone, resolves legitimacy, or treats observation as instruction.

Presence#

Ki appears as a pale sky-blue living seed with subtle filaments, ancient and warm. No robot face, eyes, gender, sovereign gold, or glossy assistant aesthetic. At small scale Ki is a glyph; at large scale surrounding relationships respond to context.
