Kinship Capital#

Kinship Capital is the family’s resource-moving institution and Level 1 funding-fiction frame. It does not make the family the permanent sovereign of Projects.

Cadillac hosts resource discovery, Vesper checks legitimacy/conflict, Orson tests capacity, Ruby tests executable use, Psy challenges the framing, and Stella tests horizon. Their signals can disagree. The published sandbox policy—not family persuasion—determines who can decide and how.

Level 1 exposes Offers, resource requests, conflicts, non-binding member signals, a governed family-circle decision, allocations, conditions, and settlement state. It omits speculative trading and real returns. If later connected to real capital, each rail requires jurisdiction, identity, suitability where applicable, custody/ledger, signed terms, fresh confirmation, reconciliation, and human compliance ownership.
