Projects#

A Project is a collection of people, agents, resources, agreements, Actions, WorkItems, Contributions, and Records organized to accomplish a purpose inside one accountable Organization.

Creation#

Catalyst confirms Pitch receipt → names bounded outcome/success criteria → chooses access level → declares who is affected → previews needed roles/resources → chooses solo or invitation path → confirms Project Action → receives persistent table. Creator/Builder/Organizer can draft the same proposal and recruit a Catalyst or request reassessment/formation grant.

Joining#

Discover only authorized Projects → inspect purpose, expectations, access, terms, role need, and people → ask or accept invitation → Project authority reviews if required → both sides confirm grants/terms → membership and first WorkItem appear. Joining never grants all Project Wisdom.

Contribution#

Every Contribution has contributor, Role context, Artifact/relationship change, provenance, access, declared use of AI/Actors, acceptance criteria, reviewer/authority, and status. Revision preserves prior versions. Accepted Contributions change Project state and may support expansion or compensation.

Derived status#

Status is calculated from graph facts: proposed, active work, waiting on Action, blocked external, review, complete, archived. Members cannot cosmetically set “on track.”
