# HEARTS Translation

The supplied HEARTS Sentinel document is design precedent, not authority. The supplied filename says v2.4 while the rendered document identifies itself as v2.3 (April 2026); this package preserves that provenance discrepancy rather than treating the filename as Canon. Its useful architectural contributions are bipolar measurement, named landmarks, non-zero local centers, proportional response, continuous observation, and separate extreme-state escalation. This package carries those ideas forward in configurable, versioned objects.

The seven HEARTS signals are not adopted as Kiduna's core dimensions:

HEARTS uses a shared reference system with local centers. Kiduna implements that as a versioned Scale plus per-profile Target and tolerance interval. The reference coordinates remain portable while local targets remain legitimate and governed.

HEARTS examples and intervention language are not copied as current Kiduna policy. Current Canon, Authority, Permissions, Consent, Roles, and this package's entity-specific intervention limits control.
