# Realm Coherence

Realm Coherence is the governed desired operating state of a Realm. It is not the average personality, conformity, or popularity of its members.

## Eligible content

A Realm profile may define decision posture, pace, formality, transparency, privacy, experimentation, risk, autonomy, collaboration, dissent, conflict process, inclusion, and other valid operational dimensions. It also contains principles, deterministic constraints, and boundary policies.

## Creation and change

1. Authorized founders/stewards draft purpose-linked dimensions and settings.
2. The interface shows pole meanings, practical scenarios, inherited policies, unusual choices, privacy effects, and unresolved conflicts.
3. Rehearsal tests decisions/interactions without live enforcement.
4. Realm governance authorizes publication according to its policy.
5. The version is immutable, visible to affected participants, and accompanied by change/appeal routes.

Role or Activity profiles may set more specific targets only where Realm policy delegates that choice. They cannot neutralize higher-order constraints.

## Measurement and display

Realm state is derived from purpose-limited aggregate patterns, process outcomes, and policy events. It MUST NOT expose member rankings or reverse-engineer a Source's private profile. The display answers practical questions: “Are decisions closing before dissent is heard?”, “Is production work operating inside its risk target?”, and “Which evidence supports this notice?”

Membership does not imply Consent to every behavioral measurement. The Realm declares required process telemetry before participation; optional human-related inference requires separate Consent. A participant may contest evidence and may leave subject to legitimate Commitments/Records.
