1. Economic Purpose
Kiduna exists to compound individual agency into collective agency.
Agency is the ability to:
Sense → Choose → Act → Learn
Intelligence makes that agency possible, and intelligence has a measurable cost. Kiduna therefore organizes its economy around Compute: the economic unit used to pay for intelligence, processing, storage, retrieval, infrastructure, and other metered capabilities.
Kiduna supports extreme experimentation across four Domains:
* Technology — what can happen
* Governance — who decides
* Economics — how value flows
* Culture — what it means
Experimentation happens locally inside Expressions. A small number of network-level invariants prevent one experiment from compromising everyone else.
________________

2. The Economic Stack
There are three economic layers.
Layer
	Function
	Kiduna Network
	Common network, software, $KIDUNA, and shared economic rules
	Ecosystems
	Operate shared infrastructure and support Expressions
	Expressions
	An Expression is a complete, purposeful application or interactive experience within Kiduna—a Vessel that brings together people, Processes, Works, Organizations, and activities around a shared purpose.
	A Source is an individual.
A Collective is a Realm.
Every Organization belongs to one Home Ecosystem.
Kinship Duna is the Genesis Ecosystem.
Kiduna is open source, but participation in the Kiduna Network means using $KIDUNA as the common network-level settlement token and following the network invariants defined below.
________________

3. $KIDUNA
$KIDUNA is the common Compute and settlement token of the Kiduna Network.
It is not automatically:
* membership;
* equity;
* a governance right;
* a dividend;
* a claim against a treasury;
* a claim on profits.
Those rights exist only when separately established by an Expression’s legal and governance structure.
Supply
Maximum supply: 10,000,000,000,000 KIDUNA
Decimals: 6
Genesis reference FDV: $100,000,000
Genesis reference price: $0.00001/KIDUNA
The entire 10 trillion supply is minted once.
The mint authority is then permanently removed.
There is therefore no future inflation of $KIDUNA. All future issuance is distribution from the existing reserve.
________________

4. KAD — Network Reserve Authority
Kinship Agents DAO LLC (KAD) holds the undistributed $KIDUNA reserve.
KAD does not operate the Kiduna economy directly.
Its purpose is to allocate $KIDUNA to Ecosystems.
KAD may transfer $KIDUNA only to recognized Ecosystem treasury wallets.
KAD does not distribute $KIDUNA directly to:
* Sources;
* Organizations;
* Communities;
* Projects;
* Alliances;
* other non-Ecosystem Realms or Expressions.
Those relationships occur through Ecosystems.
KAD Governance
KAD begins with a single founding operator.
As independent Ecosystems join the Kiduna Network, each recognized Ecosystem receives an operator position in KAD.
Once three or more Ecosystems exist, new Ecosystem allocations require approval from at least two-thirds of KAD operators.
KAD governance controls only the network reserve. It does not govern individual Ecosystems or Organizations.
________________

5. Ecosystem Allocations
An Ecosystem purchases $KIDUNA from the KAD reserve or receives it as a grant. KAD may distribute $KIDUNA to Ecosystem Operators at fair market value or at a discount.
This is an Ecosystem emission. Every token distributed reduces the finite network reserve.
There is no automatic allocation percentage for future Ecosystems.
Each Ecosystem receives an approved allocation based on a published Ecosystem Capitalization Plan covering:
* expected Compute demand;
* expected primary $KIDUNA distribution;
* liquidity requirements;
* infrastructure requirements;
* operating reserve requirements;
* expected number of Organizations and Sources;
* remaining $KIDUNA inventory.
Allocations occur in tranches.
Before receiving another tranche, the Ecosystem must account for the previous tranche, including:
* tokens distributed;
* tokens held;
* tokens committed to liquidity;
* USDC raised;
* treasury balances;
* circulating supply.
Unused tokens remain in the Ecosystem treasury or return to the KAD reserve according to the allocation agreement.
________________

6. Kinship Duna — Genesis Ecosystem
Kinship Duna receives an initial allocation of:
400 billion KIDUNA
This equals:
4% of total $KIDUNA supply.
It is an allocation envelope, not circulating supply.
The tokens are divided among:
1. primary distribution;
2. liquidity;
3. Ecosystem reserve.
The remaining 96% of $KIDUNA stays in the KAD network reserve until allocated to Kinship Duna or future Ecosystems.
________________

7. Genesis Capitalization
The objective is to place $1 million of unrestricted capital into the Kinship Duna operating treasury while independently funding liquidity.
Therefore:
Gross initial $KIDUNA sale target: $1.25 million
At the genesis price of $0.00001:
125 billion KIDUNA are sold if the entire capitalization occurs before market trading begins.
Cash proceeds are divided:
Use
	Percentage
	Amount
	Kinship Duna operating treasury
	80%
	$1,000,000
	Liquidity Reserve
	20%
	$250,000
	Total
	100%
	$1,250,000
	When someone purchases $KIDUNA directly from Kinship Duna:
Source USDC → Kinship Duna
Kinship Duna $KIDUNA → Source
This is a capitalization transaction.
The USDC belongs to the Ecosystem because the Ecosystem supplied the $KIDUNA.
It does not determine which Organization or Expression will ultimately earn value when the Source later uses that $KIDUNA.
The token sale itself does not generate compensation to the Organization or Expression.
Organizer compensation is earned through actual paid participation and Compute consumption.
________________

8. $KIDUNA / USDC Liquidity
At completion of the initial capitalization, Kinship Duna creates the initial $KIDUNA/USDC liquidity position.
At the $0.00001 genesis price:
$250,000 USDC
is paired with:
25 billion KIDUNA
worth $250,000 at the same price.
Initial nominal liquidity:
$500,000 total pool value
Initial DEX price:
$0.00001/KIDUNA
This uses 25 billion additional $KIDUNA from the Kinship Duna allocation, leaving the balance of its 400 billion allocation available for its Ecosystem reserve and future distribution.
There is no artificial price jump between the primary sale and the DEX.
The initial liquidity position is owned by Kinship Duna and is not part of the operating treasury.
It cannot be spent on normal operations.
After the DEX launches:
* normal $KIDUNA acquisitions may occur on the market;
* any direct Ecosystem treasury sale must use a market-derived price;
* Kinship Duna cannot undercut the public market through discounted transferable tokens.
Ongoing Liquidity
Twenty percent of future direct primary-sale proceeds remains earmarked for liquidity.
For every USDC contribution to liquidity, an equal market value of $KIDUNA is supplied from the Ecosystem's liquidity inventory.
The Ecosystem always reserves enough $KIDUNA to match USDC already committed to liquidity.
Market value after launch is calculated using an approved time-weighted market price rather than a single instantaneous trade.
Future Ecosystems may also contribute liquidity to the public $KIDUNA market from their own approved liquidity allocations.
Liquidity, Not Redemption
Kinship Duna does not promise to redeem $KIDUNA for USDC from its operating treasury.
Organizations that earn $KIDUNA may:
* hold it;
* spend it;
* distribute it;
* transfer it;
* swap some or all of it for USDC through public liquidity.
The $KIDUNA/USDC market provides the conversion mechanism.
Kinship Duna maintains and expands protocol-owned liquidity rather than maintaining an unlimited treasury redemption obligation.
Liquidity can be increased by governance whenever market depth becomes inadequate.
No promise of token-price stability is made.
________________

9. Compute
Compute is the stable unit of economic measurement.
$KIDUNA is the network settlement token.
If an AI or infrastructure operation costs the system $0.10 and the applicable Agency Premium is 10×, the user price is:
$1.00 of Compute
The number of $KIDUNA required to settle that $1.00 is calculated at the time of use.
Therefore:
Infrastructure cost → Agency price → token equivalent
A changing $KIDUNA market price does not change the underlying unit economics.
Before a reliable market exists, the published token price is used.
After liquidity exists, an approved market oracle/TWAP is used.
An Agency Premium can be a multiplier or it can be an addition
(it could also, technically, be a divisor or subtractor)
Buying and Spending Are Different Events
Buying $KIDUNA acquires the settlement asset.
Spending $KIDUNA determines which Realm earns the economic activity.
A Source may acquire $KIDUNA from:
* an Ecosystem primary distribution;
* a DEX;
* another Source;
* compensation;
* another Realm.
The Source then decides where to use it.
That subsequent use—not the original purchase—determines which Realm earns the revenue.
________________

10. Realm Attribution
Every paid Action in Kiduna occurs in an explicit Realm context.
The transaction identifies:
* the Source;
* the billable Realm;
* the governing Realm;
* the Home Ecosystem;
* the service or Action used;
* the Compute price;
* the settlement token;
* the infrastructure cost;
* the destination Realm treasury.
Realm attribution is therefore established before execution and recorded with the transaction.
It is not inferred afterward.
If a Source uses an Ally, Actor, Scene, application, service, or other capability belonging to an Realm, that Realm is the billable Realm unless another allocation has explicitly been established.
For cross-Realm activity, any revenue split must be defined before execution.
This allows Kiduna to know deterministically:
where Compute was consumed, which Realm earned the payment, which Realm governs the treasury, who contributed to the value, and which Ecosystem supplied the infrastructure.
Realms can be nested, so a Realm earning payments may not be the same Realm that governs.
________________

11. Infrastructure Cost
Compute cost includes all metered infrastructure necessary to provide the service, including where applicable:
* LLM inference;
* embeddings;
* storage;
* retrieval;
* processing;
* RPC;
* external APIs;
* payment processing;
* network services.
An Ecosystem may also charge Realms operating a disclosed infrastructure service fee for resources consumed by shared systems.
There are no hidden Ecosystem charges.
The Home Ecosystem receives only the amount it is entitled to for providing infrastructure and disclosed services.
It does not automatically receive the Organization's remaining revenue.
________________

12. Agency Premium
Every Expression establishes an Agency Premium.
The default is:
10× underlying infrastructure cost
The premium creates the economic surplus that funds contribution, organization, experimentation, growth, and reserves.
Realms may choose different premiums.
However, no pricing structure may create an insolvent transaction. Required infrastructure costs and committed compensation must always be covered before discretionary funds can be distributed.

13. Kinship Duna Compute Plans
Kinship Duna begins with the following Compute plans.
Initial Funding
	Automatic Refill
	Compute Discount
	$10 and above
	$10 when balance reaches $5
	None
	$100 and more
	$20 when balance reaches $10
	10%
	$250
	$50 when balance reaches $20
	20%
	$500
	$100 when balance reaches $50
	30%
	$1,000
	$200 when balance reaches $100
	40%
	The discount applies to Compute consumption, not to the acquisition price of transferable $KIDUNA.
At a 10× Agency Multiplier:
* no discount = effective 10× price;
* 10% discount = effective 9× price;
* 20% discount = effective 8× price;
* 30% discount = effective 7× price;
* 40% discount = effective 6× price.
Genesis Compute Discounts
During the initial Kinship Duna capitalization, additional Compute discounts apply based on the total cumulative amount purchased by all participants.
These are launch-wide thresholds, not individual purchase thresholds.
Total Cumulative Purchases
	Additional Compute Discount
	First $100,000 sold
	50% off the applicable discounted Compute price
	Next $250,000 sold — $100,000 to $350,000 cumulative
	25% off the applicable discounted Compute price
	Next $600,000 sold — $350,000 to $950,000 cumulative
	10% off the applicable discounted Compute price
	After $950,000 sold
	No additional Genesis Compute Discount
	The additional Genesis Compute Discount is applied after the Source's normal Compute-plan discount.
For example, a Source with a 40% Compute-plan discount normally pays 60% of the standard Compute price. If that Source purchases while the first $100,000 Genesis tier is still available, the additional 50% discount reduces that price to 30% of standard—an effective total Compute discount of 70%.

	First $100K Sold: +50%

	The calculation is:
Effective Compute Price = Standard Compute Price × (1 − Compute Plan Discount) × (1 − Genesis Discount)
The Genesis discount available to a purchase is determined by the amount of aggregate qualifying purchases completed at the time of purchase.
If a purchase crosses a threshold, it is divided between tiers. For example, if $90,000 has already been sold and a Source makes a $25,000 qualifying purchase:
* the first $10,000 receives the 50% Genesis discount;
* the remaining $15,000 receives the 25% Genesis discount.
Visible Sale Progress
The current Genesis capitalization amount and discount tier should be displayed prominently wherever Compute is purchased.
For example:
$78,450 of the first $100,000 sold
$21,550 remaining at 50% off
The display should update as purchases occur so Sources can see:
* total qualifying purchases to date;
* the Genesis discount currently available;
* how much remains in the current tier;
* the discount available in the next tier.
Genesis discounts apply to Compute pricing only. They do not discount the acquisition price of transferable $KIDUNA or change the market value of $KIDUNA.
Other Organizations and Expressions may establish different pricing, discounts, refill rules, Agency Multipliers, and launch incentive programs.

14. Source and Realm Wallets
Every Source has a personal FROST wallet.
Any Realm may have a Squads wallet.
A Realm wallet holds:
* treasury assets;
* $KIDUNA;
* local tokens;
* USDC;
* liquidity positions;
* other digital assets.
Squads provides custody and execution.
It is not the Realm's membership or population-scale governance system.
The control path is:
Members → Governance → Approved Action → Program/Squads authority → Realm treasury
Compensation, Agency, Resilience, and other treasury pools may be implemented as separate accounts or as deterministic earmarks inside the same Realm treasury.
________________

15. Organization / DUNA Economics
Every Organization chooses between two economic models.
Model A — Use $KIDUNA
The Organization issues no token.
Sources pay for Compute and other economic activity using $KIDUNA.
This is the simplest default.
When a Source spends $KIDUNA in the Organization:
Source → Organization treasury
The Organization receives the payment directly.
The Ecosystem does not first collect the payment and later decide how much the Organization receives.
The Organization then runs its own Revenue Waterfall.
The Organization may hold its resulting treasury balances in $KIDUNA or convert some of them to USDC through the $KIDUNA/USDC market.
Model B — Issue Local Compute
The Organization issues its own token and uses that token as its local form of Compute and settlement.
The Catalyst establishes the initial token design before launch.
The Organization may determine:
* token name and symbol;
* supply;
* decimals;
* fixed or governed future issuance;
* initial price;
* initial valuation;
* circulating supply;
* treasury allocation;
* liquidity allocation;
* distribution method;
* vesting;
* transferability;
* governance rights, if any;
* utility;
* Agency Multiplier;
* compensation structure.
All material terms must be published before token distribution begins.
Token ownership does not automatically create membership, governance, equity, or treasury rights unless the Organization explicitly establishes those rights.
________________

16. Local Compute Capitalization and Liquidity
An Organization issuing its own Compute can capitalize its treasury directly.
If a Source purchases the Organization's token from the Organization:
Source USDC → Organization treasury
Organization token → Source
Unlike an Organization using only $KIDUNA, the Organization therefore receives its own USDC capitalization proceeds.
The Organization establishes how those proceeds are divided between:
* operating treasury;
* liquidity;
* reserves;
* other disclosed launch allocations.
Local Token Liquidity
A local Compute token intended for transferable paid use must maintain a reliable conversion path to the network economy.
The preferred base market is:
LOCAL TOKEN / $KIDUNA
This connects the Organization directly to the Kiduna settlement layer.
An Organization may also maintain:
LOCAL TOKEN / USDC
liquidity.
The Organization determines its liquidity allocation in its Founding Terms.
To establish LOCAL TOKEN / $KIDUNA liquidity, the Organization can use part of its USDC capitalization to acquire $KIDUNA and pair that $KIDUNA with its own token.
The resulting liquidity position belongs to the Organization unless explicitly established otherwise.
This creates the normal path:
Local Compute ↔ $KIDUNA ↔ USDC
without requiring Kinship Duna to manually exchange every Organization token.
________________

17. Local Tokens and $KIDUNA
A local Organization token operates inside that Organization's economy and wherever others voluntarily accept it.
It does not replace $KIDUNA at the network level.
Shared Kiduna infrastructure is ultimately settled with the Home Ecosystem in:
$KIDUNA and/or USDC.
When a user pays in a local token:
1. the paid Action identifies the billable Organization;
2. the service is priced in Compute;
3. the required local-token amount is calculated;
4. the local token is transferred to the Organization treasury;
5. the Organizer obligation, if any, is assigned;
6. the infrastructure cost is settled with the Home Ecosystem in $KIDUNA or USDC;
7. the Organization retains the remaining Net Agency Revenue.
The Organization may settle the infrastructure obligation from existing $KIDUNA or USDC treasury balances or convert the required portion of its local token through available liquidity.
The Organization, not the Home Ecosystem, bears the market risk of its local token.
________________

18. Local Token Failure
If a local token becomes too illiquid to establish a reliable price or settle required infrastructure costs:
new paid Compute automatically falls back to $KIDUNA.
The local token continues to exist.
Kiduna does not guarantee:
* its price;
* liquidity;
* redemption;
* conversion into $KIDUNA.
The Organization may recapitalize its token, add liquidity, change its economic model through governance, or continue using $KIDUNA.
An Organization may never consume shared infrastructure by relying on an uncollectible local-token obligation.
________________

19. Organizer Economics
Organizer compensation rewards the creation and continued growth of actual relationships.
It is attached to a Kinship Code invitation lineage.
It is Realm-specific.
Organizational nesting does not create Organizer lineage.
Paid Participation for first 18 months
On a Source's paid participation in a Realm for the first 18 months:
Generation
	Percentage
	Gen 1
	20%
	Gen 2
	5%
	Gen 3
	3%
	Gen 4
	2%
	Total
	30%
	Ongoing Paid Participation
After 18 months:
Generation
	Percentage
	Gen 1
	12%
	Gen 2
	3%
	Gen 3
	1.8%
	Gen 4
	1.2%
	Total
	18%
	Organizer compensation is earned only as the Source actually consumes paid services or otherwise generates qualifying economic activity.
Merely buying or holding a token does not create Organizer compensation.
Self-referrals, circular referrals, and synthetic activity are excluded.
Each Ecosystem may establish different Organizer economics.
Organizer economics can also be changed at the ecosystem level through a vote of the Ecosystem DUNA.
________________

20. Revenue Waterfall
Every paid agency transaction follows the same order.
The transaction occurs in a known billable Realm and the payment goes directly to that Realm's treasury.
Step 1 — Organizer Compensation
If applicable:
30% first 18 months or 18% ongoing
is assigned to the Organizer lineage.
The percentage is measured from the economic value of the qualifying transaction.
Step 2 — Infrastructure
The actual infrastructure obligation is transferred or reserved for the Home Ecosystem.
The Ecosystem receives payment for infrastructure it actually provides.
Step 3 — Net Agency Revenue
Everything remaining is Net Agency Revenue belonging to the Organization operating the Expression where the activity occurred.
Net Agency Revenue is divided:
Pool
	Percentage
	Compensation Pool
	40%
	Agency Pool
	50%
	Resilience Reserve
	10%
	Total
	100%
	The percentages apply only after Organizer compensation and infrastructure have been covered.
Treasury Asset
If the Organization uses $KIDUNA, these balances are initially held in $KIDUNA.
If the Organization uses local Compute, they are initially held in the local token and/or other treasury assets generated by its capitalization and operations.
The Organization may convert treasury assets into USDC through available market liquidity.
The percentages define economic allocation, not necessarily separate currencies or wallets.

21. Compensation Pool
For Kinship Duna, the Compensation Pool is allocated:
Role
	Share
	Creators
	20%
	Builders
	20%
	Luminaries
	10%
	Catalysts
	25%
	Adaptive Contribution
	25%
	Total
	100%
	Creators
Compensated for attributable use and value created by:
* Wisdom;
* Media;
* Scenes;
* methods;
* instructions;
* experiences;
* other created capabilities.
Builders
Compensated for attributable use and value created by:
* Allies;
* Actors;
* Automations;
* applications;
* integrations;
* tools;
* infrastructure.
Luminaries
Compensated for defining intellectual, creative, cultural, or experiential contributions established by governance.
Catalysts
Receives 25% of the Compensation Pool, subject to a maximum amount per month. The initial Catalyst cap is set at $50,000 per month for Kinship Duna.
Any amount above the cap moves automatically to the Adaptive Contribution Pool.
Catalysts may separately receive Creator or Builder compensation for separately attributable work.
Adaptive Contribution
Available for valuable contributions that do not fit the predefined categories.
Other Organizations may establish different Compensation Pool structures.
All distributions are made by the Realm through a vote by the membership using Envoys etc. – Automated “operator” proposing distributions based on activity – and the group will approve.
People can make special proposals.
________________

22. Distro Agent
Every Organization may operate a Distro Agent.
For Kinship Duna, the Distro cycle occurs every two weeks.
The Distro Agent observes:
* verified use;
* unique participating Sources;
* contribution provenance;
* usefulness;
* satisfaction;
* responsiveness;
* efficiency;
* desired outcomes;
* actual outcomes.
It produces proposed distributions for the Creator, Builder, Luminary, and Adaptive pools.
Sources and Allies may deliberate over and modify the proposal according to the Realm's governance.
Governance then approves a final distribution.
Only the approved deterministic Action can move funds.
The cycle is:
Sense → Recommend → Deliberate → Choose → Execute → Measure → Learn
Every distribution becomes a Record.
________________

23. Attribution and Anti-Gaming
Compensation is based on value attributable to genuine use, not raw token consumption alone.
A Sentinel analyzes compensation signals before each Distro proposal.
It excludes or discounts:
* self-generated traffic;
* automated loops;
* duplicate use;
* artificial interactions;
* test activity;
* intentionally inefficient agents;
* unnecessary use of expensive models;
* activity generated primarily to increase compensation.
Creator and Builder attribution therefore considers both usage and efficiency.
The complete evidence behind each distribution remains inspectable.
________________

24. Agency Pool
The 50% Agency Pool exists to put capital to work advancing the Realm's purpose.
For Kinship Duna, permitted uses include:
* grants to new Realms;
* Creator grants;
* Builder grants;
* development;
* events;
* marketing;
* infrastructure;
* research;
* partnerships;
* experiments;
* strategic investments;
* other member-approved activity.
The Distro Agent may recommend Agency Pool allocations every two weeks.
Governance decides.
Governance may also establish standing budgets that execute automatically within predetermined limits.
Ecosystem Support for Organizations
An Ecosystem may use its Agency Pool to capitalize or support Organizations through:
* grants;
* startup funding;
* Compute subsidies;
* matching funds;
* investments;
* other approved support.
This is separate from earned Organization revenue.
Earned revenue flows automatically to the Realm where the activity occurs.
Ecosystem grants and investments are discretionary allocations determined by Ecosystem governance.
________________

25. Resilience Reserve
Ten percent of Net Agency Revenue flows to the Resilience Reserve.
Its purpose is continuity rather than ordinary spending.
The target is enough liquid assets to cover at least:
six months of trailing infrastructure costs and committed operating obligations.
Until that target is reached, the 10% allocation is automatic.
Once the target is reached, new Resilience allocations flow by default into the Agency Pool unless governance establishes another rule.
The existing Resilience Reserve remains restricted for continuity, emergencies, and explicitly authorized exceptional circumstances.
________________

26. Capitalizing an Organization Without a Token
An Organization does not need to issue its own token to build a treasury.
An Organization using $KIDUNA may receive capital from:
Catalyst Capitalization
A Catalyst deposits $KIDUNA, USDC, or other assets.
Member Capitalization
Members contribute assets to the Organization treasury.
Ecosystem Grants
The Home Ecosystem uses its Agency Pool to provide startup funding or support.
Parent Realm Funding
Another Realm voluntarily invests in or supports the Organization.
Offers and Sales
The Organization sells goods, services, memberships, experiences, events, or other value.
Agency Revenue
Sources use paid capabilities inside the Organization and the resulting $KIDUNA flows directly into its treasury.
The Organization therefore develops its own treasury and economy even when it does not issue a separate token.
________________

27. Catalyst Founding Terms
Before an Organization launches, its Catalyst publishes its Founding Terms.
These may establish:
* token economics;
* Agency Multiplier;
* Organizer economics;
* Compensation Pool;
* Catalyst compensation;
* Catalyst compensation ceiling;
* Agency Pool rules;
* Resilience rules;
* governance method;
* governance-transition conditions;
* protected founding terms;
* conditions under which protected terms may change.
A Catalyst may establish a protected founding compensation arrangement.
The Catalyst must define before launch:
* what is protected;
* for how long or until what condition;
* how it can eventually be changed.
The Catalyst may have broad bootstrap authority.
That authority does not remain a permanent discretionary veto unless explicitly established by the Organization's governing structure.
Once the stated transition conditions are satisfied, governance assumes the authority specified in the Founding Terms.
________________

28. Economic Inheritance and Local Sovereignty
Every Ecosystem provides a default economic Pattern for Organizations created within it.
Kinship Duna's default is:
Organizer: 30% initial / 18% ongoing
then infrastructure settlement
then:
40% Compensation
50% Agency
10% Resilience
A new Organization may adopt the Ecosystem Pattern unchanged.
The Catalyst may instead establish different economics before launch.
After governance transitions to members, the Organization may change its economic rules according to its own governance.
Therefore:
The Ecosystem establishes defaults and network safeguards.
The Organization owns its economics.
The Ecosystem does not periodically decide how much earned revenue each Organization receives.
________________

29. Governance
Token ownership and governance are separate concepts.
A Realm chooses its governance system.
Possible systems include:
* one-person-one-vote;
* consensus;
* delegation;
* councils;
* futarchy;
* prediction markets;
* sortition;
* AI-assisted governance;
* hybrid systems;
* new experimental systems.
Kinship Duna begins with member governance rather than token-weighted governance.
The normal financial execution path is:
Proposal → Deliberation → Decision → Deterministic Action → Treasury execution → Record
Probabilistic intelligence may recommend.
Only deterministic authorized Actions move assets.
________________

30. Parent Organizations and Spinouts
An Organization may create or incubate another Organization.
That relationship creates Realm ancestry, not an automatic economic tax.
The parent Organization receives no permanent percentage merely because another Realm originated inside it.
The organizations may voluntarily agree to:
* investment;
* token purchases;
* grants;
* incubation fees;
* infrastructure fees;
* service agreements;
* revenue sharing.
Those arrangements must be explicit.
A parent Organization may purchase a spinout's token to seed its treasury or liquidity.
That is an investment decision between the two Organizations.
________________

31. Multiple Ecosystems
Initially:
KAD
↓
Kinship Duna
↓
Organizations and other Realms
Later:
KAD
↓
Kinship Duna · Ecosystem B · Ecosystem C · ...
↓
Organizations and other Realms
Every Organization has exactly one Home Ecosystem at a time.
A Realm may be nested within another Organization while still having an Ecosystem as its infrastructure home.
Only Ecosystems receive $KIDUNA directly from KAD.
An Ecosystem may operate its own infrastructure, treasury, primary $KIDUNA distribution, and liquidity allocation.
Organizations inside that Ecosystem earn their own revenue directly.
________________

32. Ecosystem Currencies
A participating Kiduna Ecosystem may not introduce another Ecosystem-wide base currency.
The common network currency is:
$KIDUNA
Organizations may create local tokens.
This prevents a stack of:
network token → ecosystem token → organization token
and preserves interoperability across Kiduna.
Because the software is open source, another project may fork Kiduna and use a different base currency.
That becomes an independent economic network rather than another Kiduna Ecosystem.
________________

33. Network Liquidity Architecture
Kiduna has a simple liquidity hierarchy.
Network Liquidity
The principal network market is:
$KIDUNA / USDC
This provides the bridge between the Kiduna economy and dollar-denominated external costs.
Organizations earning $KIDUNA can use this market when they need USDC.
Kinship Duna and future Ecosystems maintain protocol-owned liquidity according to their capitalization and liquidity policies.
Organization Liquidity
An Organization using only $KIDUNA needs no separate token liquidity.
It relies on:
$KIDUNA / USDC
An Organization issuing local Compute normally establishes:
LOCAL TOKEN / $KIDUNA
and may additionally establish:
LOCAL TOKEN / USDC
This creates:
LOCAL TOKEN ↔ $KIDUNA ↔ USDC
No Central Redemption Requirement
Kinship Duna does not need to keep enough idle USDC in its operating treasury to buy every $KIDUNA held by Organizations.
The conversion mechanism is public liquidity.
Likewise, Kinship Duna does not guarantee conversion of local Organization tokens.
Each token-issuing Organization is responsible for establishing and maintaining adequate liquidity for its own token.
If that liquidity fails, new paid Compute falls back to $KIDUNA.

34. Organization Migration
An Organization may change its Home Ecosystem.
Migration requires:
1. authorization under the Organization's governance;
2. settlement of outstanding infrastructure obligations;
3. transfer or reconfiguration of required authorities;
4. acceptance by the destination Ecosystem;
5. update of the Organization's Home Ecosystem record.
A local Organization token does not need to change.
Its treasury remains its treasury.
Its membership remains its membership.
Its Realm ancestry does not change.
No former Ecosystem retains an automatic economic claim after migration unless an explicit contract says otherwise.
________________

35. Splits and Forks
Sources are free to leave an Organization and create another Realm.
Departure does not automatically create a personal claim against the original Realm's treasury.
Unless the Organization has established another rule:
* the original Organization retains its treasury;
* departing members retain their personal assets;
* holders retain any tokens they already own;
* the new Realm begins with its own treasury.
The original Organization may voluntarily fund the spinout.
A spinout may use $KIDUNA or issue its own token.
This prevents organizational disagreement from automatically producing a treasury bank run while preserving the ability to exit and experiment.

36. Unused $KIDUNA and Compute
Buying $KIDUNA does not purchase a fixed dollar amount of future services.
Unused $KIDUNA remains a transferable token in the Source's wallet.
It:
* does not expire;
* does not create a fixed-dollar redemption obligation;
* does not guarantee a fixed amount of future Compute.
Compute is priced when consumed.
The current token amount required is calculated at that time.
This prevents long-term prepaid balances from becoming an undefined liability to an Ecosystem.

37. Network Invariants
Extreme experimentation is permitted inside the following boundaries.
1. Fixed $KIDUNA Supply
The $KIDUNA supply cannot exceed 10 trillion.
2. Ecosystem-Only Network Emissions
KAD distributes $KIDUNA only to Ecosystems.
3. One Network Base Token
Participating Ecosystems use $KIDUNA as the common network settlement token.
4. Local Economic Autonomy
Organizations may create their own tokens and economic systems.
5. Revenue Follows Activity
Earned revenue belongs to the Realm in which the qualifying economic activity occurs.
6. Transparent Terms
Supply, authorities, fees, compensation, governance, liquidity, and other material economic rules must be disclosed before participation.
7. Solvency
Infrastructure obligations are funded before discretionary distributions.
8. No Hidden Economic Claims
Parent Realms, Ecosystems, Catalysts, Organizers, and other participants receive only compensation explicitly established by the applicable rules or agreements.
9. Deterministic Financial Execution
Probabilistic agents may analyze and recommend. Authorized deterministic Actions move assets.
10. Auditable Economic Records
Allocations, treasury Actions, distributions, liquidity positions, Realm attribution, and governance decisions produce inspectable Records.
11. Local Failure Is Contained
Failure of one Organization token cannot create an unfunded infrastructure liability for its Ecosystem or the wider network.
12. Exit and Migration
Organizations and Sources can leave, migrate, split, and experiment without requiring the entire network to adopt their choices.

Separately:
Ecosystem Agency Pool

These are discretionary Ecosystem allocations.
They are not the mechanism for distributing an Organization's earned revenue.
Governance
Sense → Choose → Act → Learn
Agents help the Realm sense and recommend.
Sources govern according to the Realm's chosen system.
Deterministic Actions execute.
Records make the results visible.
The next cycle learns from what happened.
Money follows agency.
That is the Kiduna economy.
