Focus on a Vision End-to-End

In addition to updating the prototype — any changes to any kits, specs, etc embodied in this record in the relevant kit, specs, etc.

Let’s get the color schemes right — look at the design kit — we want this to be “warm, deep, magical, alive” — the background should be warm black, not the violet — accents should be sky-blue, mint green, gold, the occasional raspberry and other secondary colors.

On the very top strip — to the right of the Vision headline — have 3 icons with labels — Activities, Actions and Create -- don’t have them go anywhere or do anything yet — will do that in next iteration

Change:

IMAGINE IT. ORGANIZE IT. MAKE IT REAL.
What future do you want to co-create?
A Vision starts with the world as it is and defines the world as it could be. See what you want to change, how the work gets organized, and where you can help make it real.

To:

CO-CREATE THE FUTURE YOU WANT.

Turn your Vision into the New Reality.

The future isn't something we wait for. It's something we create together. Every Vision bridges the gap between the world as it is and the world as it could be. Explore what's possible and claim your stake in making it real.

Change the two pull-downs (ALL THEMES and MOMENTUM) to a filter — the filter should have the six domains in separate chips with their icons:

Technology
Governance
Economics
Culture
Ecology
Care

Have them all selected by default — when a chip is unselected the visions related to it are hidden from the index, when a chip is selected the related visions are present

For the card “A better try for every child”

Change “food & learning” to Ecology & Care (we’re going to use that chip in every card for the domain or domains related to the card.)

Change Planning to Campaign

To the left, under each banner image, will be the type of Initiative — either a practice, mission, campaign, or movement

Change “A better try for every child” to “A better meal for every child.”

Change “Bring families, school kitchens and local farmers together to change what goes on the tray.” To “Bring families, schools and local farmers together to change what goes on the tray.”

Change the “Learn More” CTA to “Explore this Vision” on all cards

On this card:

An internet that brings us together.

Change Technology & Agency to Technology & Culture

Change Planning to Movement

Change:

Change Care & belonging to just Care

Change Planning to Mission

Change this:

Trusted people. Practical support. Care within reach. A life after service with belonging, purpose, and people who care.

To this:

Real help. Deep connection. Practical support. A life after service with belonging, purpose, and a community that cares.

On this card change:

More of us. Less between us.

Conversations where we feel heard. Closeness we choose. More room for honesty, tenderness, and repair.

To:

The courage to be close.

Conversations where we feel seen and heard. Intimacy on our own terms. More room for honesty, vulnerability, tenderness, and repair. Relationships that help us feel more fully human.

Change Planning to Practice

On this card change:

A studio for all of us.

Find your collaborators. Make something that moves people. Share the tools, the stage, and a fair say in what happens next.

To:

Make something extraordinary.
Bring together artists, builders, writers, musicians, and creators of every kind. Unleash the collective imagination, passion, and creative power to transform the places we inhabit, the cultures we share, and the possible futures before us.

Change Planning to Movement

On this card change:

A law firm on your side.
Understand your options. Find qualified help. Legal support that people can actually reach, afford, and use.

To:

Put the power of the law in everyone's hands.
Transform the legal system to make justice accessible, affordable, transparent, and understandable to all. Bring lawyers and clients together to demystify the law, empower people to handle their own legal affairs, and make expert help available when it matters most.

Lunchbreakers is a DUNA, and The Revolution is Served is the tagline
Add the Lunchbreaker’s Sigil to the top bar (to the left of the words and the to the right of the chevron) so when you click anywhere on the DUNA name or sigil link to:

https://kiduna-next.david-levine-3942.chatgpt.site/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=scene&card=demo%3Abigkiduna%3Aterrace&panel=registration&step=organizations&organization=lunchbreakers

Do the same for the other Vision pages — Link the DUNA in the top app area to the appropriate DUNA page

Change “A better try for every child” to “A better meal for every child.”

Change “Bring families, school kitchens and local farmers together to change what goes on the tray.” To “Bring families, schools and local farmers together to change what goes on the tray.”

Change the “Explore Campaign —>” CTA to “Go Deeper” — make sure both CTA messages fit on one line

Record that Set Location should only appear if the location is not set in the Profile.

On the activity cards, have 2 CTAs — move “Explore Activity —>” to the right — keeping it just like it is as text, and put a button CTA “Count Me In” on the left.

Change the CTA from “How it Works” to “Here’s the Plan”

Changes for Here’s the Plan

Rewrite the page with this content — organize it so it’s very legible in the UI:

Here's the Plan
The revolution is served.
Better food. Stronger communities. An economy that works for everyone.
We're building something bigger than a school lunch campaign.
Lunchbreakers is a member-governed nonprofit association—a DUNA—that brings together parents, students, farmers, cooks, schools, and communities to transform how children eat.
We want healthier meals, thriving local farms, better jobs, less waste, and more food dollars circulating in local economies.
And we're building an organization that can make it happen, community by community, for the long haul.
How we make it happen
01 — Join the movement.
Become a member of Lunchbreakers. Find people in your community, join a local team, and help decide what happens next. Every member has a voice in shaping our priorities, plans, and governance.
02 — Find out what's on the menu.
Work with your Envoy and other members to investigate school meals, food budgets, purchasing contracts, local farms, commercial kitchens, and available resources. Find out what's working, what's broken, and what's possible.
03 — Build a better local food system.
Bring together parents, PTAs, farmers, food producers, cooks, and school administrators. Explore better sourcing, shared purchasing, meal preparation, delivery, and food-waste reduction. Find ways to improve nutrition, support local businesses, and potentially save schools money.
04 — Turn solutions into sustainable work.
Start with volunteer contributions—our collective sweat equity. As membership, funding, and real economic activity grow, create opportunities for paid research, organizing, sourcing, coordination, food services, and other work. Members help determine how resources are used and how contributions are rewarded.
05 — Make it work everywhere.
Your local team governs its own priorities while helping shape Lunchbreakers as a whole. Share discoveries, suppliers, tools, contracts, and successful approaches with communities everywhere. Our AI agents make it possible for thousands of local efforts to learn from one another and act together.
How Lunchbreakers sustains itself
We don't want to depend on donations forever. We want to build something that pays its own way.
Lunchbreakers starts with members contributing time, knowledge, relationships, and resources. Over time, it can develop multiple sources of support:
* Membership and compute: Growing membership and purchases of KI support the wider Kiduna system's AI infrastructure. Any direct financial support for Lunchbreakers depends on its funding arrangements.
* Services and contracts: Local teams can develop opportunities to provide research, procurement coordination, food sourcing, meal services, monitoring, and other services.
* Grants and donations: Funding can support early organizing, research, pilot programs, and expansion.
* Shared resources: Members can reduce costs by sharing technology, knowledge, supplier relationships, and proven methods across communities.
The goal is to create lasting economic value—enough to support the organization, compensate meaningful work where funding allows, and keep improving school food.
Participation begins with a contribution, not a promise of payment. Paid opportunities will have clear terms, approved funding, and transparent compensation.
You help decide what happens next.
Lunchbreakers belongs to its members. Together, we decide which problems to tackle, which projects to fund, which opportunities to pursue, and how to measure success.
Your local community knows what it needs. The wider organization helps bring the people, knowledge, intelligence, and resources to make it possible.
What success looks like
* Healthier, fresher meals reaching more children.
* More school food spending supporting local and sustainable producers.
* Lower costs and less food waste wherever possible.
* More paid opportunities for farmers, cooks, organizers, and other contributors.
* More communities organizing and governing their own food systems.
* A financially sustainable Lunchbreakers that can keep growing without depending entirely on donations.
Start where you live. Build something that lasts. Change the way the world eats.
Count Me In

At the bottom, the CTA should be Return to Campaign (if it’s a Movement, Practice, Mission Etc it should say “Return to Mission” etc)
