Product update specification

The current route registry supplies all 23 primary deep links; the earlier 539-route inventory is preserved separately. Existing routes and old prototype pages remain accessible. New routes do not establish live backends.

DUNA directory

Use all 42 registered records, stable organization IDs, supplied names/purposes/taglines and original asset bytes. The Big Kiduna is first and already joined; alphabetize the other DUNAs ignoring initial “The.” All six domain chips start selected. Domain chips use only Design Kit V0.57 / Design System 1.9.2 Warm Black Aurora tokens: elevated surface and cream text at rest; the approved panel gradient, turquoise border/text and a checkmark when selected; toggling changes the matching set and Show all restores all six. Search matches name or purpose. Membership is reversible except the existing ecosystem membership behavior.

Lunchbreakers profile

Use organization ID 636391, lunchbreakers.food and the existing West Virginia registry URL. Remove the “DUNA · member-owned, member-managed” eyebrow. Immediately below “The revolution is served.” render Summary / Research / Policy / Treasury. Summary is default; dunaTab identifies the selected tab and direct links survive refresh.

At the top: All DUNAs, centered Join/Joined CTA, Create Initiative. In Summary: purpose first, then organization details, then the scoped Initiatives link and full-width blue/purple Chat with Lunchbreakers. Remove the duplicate Visit link. Chat selects the DUNA Scout. Membership and chat remain browser-local prototype state.

Identity and scoped navigation

The Lunchbreakers work header has a Goudy Heavyface name, “The revolution is served.” in one-line Avenir below it, and the sigil always to the left of the name and tagline. On the Lunchbreakers Activities index (visions:local/better-tray), Actions and Create sit on the same row as the DUNA identity; omit Activities and Remix there. Other pages retain their contextual shortcuts. Apply this identity to the scoped index, Activities, Actions, Initiative and creation screens.

duna=lunchbreakers scopes the collection, search and browser-local created records. Activities opens only Lunchbreakers work; Actions opens only Lunchbreakers actions. The unscoped Activities and Actions URLs remain global and must not infer scope from Home or a prior unrelated session. Browser back and refresh preserve the explicit scope.

The scoped Initiative index uses an 18px DUNA name, 10px tagline and 30px sigil placed before the text; Activities, Actions and Create share the same row. At narrow widths, reduce the name and sigil while preserving all three controls. The scoped Activities collection (visions:activities&duna=lunchbreakers) also uses the compact 18px name and left sigil, omits the Activities shortcut, and puts Actions and Create on the same row. Create keeps its existing Activity form under school-food. The scoped index heading is “Initiatives” and displays the single supplied Initiative. Do not render the personal “Your Initiatives” draft block there and do not delete its stored drafts. Index Create opens Create Activity within school-food. Initiative-level Create Action first chooses a Lunchbreakers Activity; Activity-level Create Action inherits that Activity immediately. This preserves the parent contract rather than making an Action a child of the DUNA.

Exact creation copy

Initiative eyebrow: Initiate a new reality

Heading: Create Initiative

Introduction: Describe your vision of the world as you want it. Then launch a mission, campaign, or movement to bring people together, organize collective action, and make it happen for real.

Name label: Name your initiative

Name placeholder: Inspire me!

Activity eyebrow: ACTIVATE A NEW REALITY

Heading: Create Activity

Introduction: Describe an activity that will further this initiative. Once published, your new activity will be available to all participants.

Create saves a local Draft, then explicit Publish makes the prototype record published. This form prototype is not the research-driven agent creation backend described in Architecture.

Initiative controls

Use the flag icon in the top app area. On the Activities index, right-align only Actions and Create beside the DUNA identity. Keep the existing Create Action parent-selection flow. Remix remains available on other eligible Initiative surfaces, using the branching icon with accessible name “Remix Initiative.” Back this Vision becomes Back this Initiative. Backing and membership are distinct reversible choices.

The overview’s Connect Tools link uses the same weight as Here’s the Plan. Do not show “Required: 1/2 connected · Recommended: 1/2 connected.” Derive state from the tools needed for the work: remaining tools → Connect Tools; all connected → green check plus mint-green Connected; no applicable tools → omit. Lunchbreakers currently checks Location, Google, Telegram and Bluesky against prototype settings. A simulated setting is not a live OAuth connection.

Research

The DUNA Research tab explains the supplied meal-economy research with an overview and eight topic disclosures. Preserve full-source download and the distinct link into the school-food Initiative research. Separate source findings, design proposals and questions still to investigate. Never turn suggested pilot numbers or hypothetical meal networks into claims of current operations.

Policy

Render all 57 policies, eight groups, summary principles, authority, proposed decision calendar and thresholds, search and original-source download. Keep the proposed v0.1 status visible. A readable summary cannot replace or alter the underlying source. Search must match title, summary and policy body; topic navigation scrolls the inner surface only. See the governance integration specification for adoption and conflict rules.

Treasury

Show separate USD cash and KI compute cards, as of 30 September 2026. The fixture contains 18 contiguous months, April 2025 through September 2026. Default view: USD and 18 months. Filters: USD/KI and 6/12/18 months. Show holdings trend, income versus outflows, source/category bars, detailed monthly table and an expandable report for every month, with CSV and text downloads.

Latest fixture holdings are $234,000 USD and 269,550 KI. These are invented demonstration amounts, not actual balances. USD includes operating funds, reserves and restricted funds; those buckets are parts of the total, not additional holdings. KI has no USD valuation here. Missing production data must be unavailable, never a fabricated zero. No payment, vote or transfer action is enabled on this reporting page.
