Verification record
This handoff separates verified static prototype behavior, team-reported operational completion, and proposed production architecture.
Checked in this revision
Repository checks cover 539 retained routes, release routing, 42 DUNAs and their assets, original policy source preservation, 18-month treasury roll-forwards and report/CSV agreement, and creation hierarchy/revision rules. Handoff checks validate all original requirement IDs, the 71 report entries, 52 distinct completed K-items, duplicate K095 handling, the in-progress maps record, current routes and local document links.
Browser checks cover the Lunchbreakers Summary ordering and Join state; Initiative identity and one-line tagline; the scoped list and eight Activities/four Actions; Action parent selection; Initiative/Activity creation copy; flag, icon Remix and Back this Initiative; and the redesigned site, report filtering, Architecture navigation and downloads. Detailed results for this build are recorded in the repository validation output.
The original October 22 captures remain dated observations. They were not all re-recorded. Existing evidence files and all 539 routes remain available; historical findings are not silently presented as tests of this release.
Reported by the team
Aashik’s October 26 completion list is preserved in full. It reports application changes, seven QA areas, development deployments, workflow-cache changes, bug review, and app/OAuth review-status checks. No corresponding production credentials, fresh app test session, PR/build identifiers or approval receipts were supplied here. The design site therefore labels these “Completed — team reported.”
Not implemented or validated here
No production routing model, live knowledge ingestion, real agent research, OAuth authorization, external send, bank/custody integration, ballot system or payment settlement was added by this static site update. Treasury figures remain synthetic. Lunchbreakers policies remain proposed. The full Governance library's prior offline validation is retained as its own evidence; it does not establish live enforcement.
