# Verification — local review kit

Performed in the Codex in-app browser against a loopback-only preview. All actions below used simulated local data. No live account connections, messages, invitations, payments or production mutations were made.

| Check | Observed result |
|---|---|
| Review register | 101 entries rendered; searching K099 or returned work reduced to the expected single entry; clear restored all. Evidence dialog showed decoded frame time separately from comment reference. |
| Current route inventory | 539 rows have dispositions and captured text/image files; 38 card-identity mismatches remain explicit gaps. Visiting a route is not counted as exhaustive interaction testing. |
| Revised screen loading | All 22 screen families rendered a main heading and were captured; overview contact sheets inspected. |
| Backing | Backed in discovery, saw Backing in detail, withdrew in detail, saw Back this in discovery. One shared local state. |
| Returned result | Request a fix disabled Accept. Unchanged resubmit was rejected. Editing alone kept acceptance disabled. Explicit changed resubmit created revision 2. |
| Review authority | Creator-only could not accept; assigned reviewer could accept submitted revision 2. Browser demo only; production server enforcement remains required. |
| Location recovery | Simulated timeout then retry changed Current while Home stayed Shepherdstown. Editing Home left Current unchanged. Inactive-use state paused the simulated update subscription. |
| Chat drafts | Ki text survived switching to Envoy, entering a separate draft, switching back, and closing/reopening chat. |
| Chat context | Opening from the activity retained “Your steps & evidence” and a return link; switching to Scout retained that context. |
| Draft retry | DRAFT-001 remained DRAFT-001 across retry and reload; research runs stayed 1, retry attempts became 1, status became Ready for review. |
| Multiple drafts | A second online-veteran idea created DRAFT-002 while DRAFT-001 remained separately resumable. |
| Domain separation | Corrected a shared-fixture mismatch. Collection outline now uses receiver/handling route, site assessment, operating note, service and six-round review. Veteran outline uses sponsor, qualified expertise, safety/privacy setup and voluntary pilot. Both were opened and captured after correction. |
| Draft editor | Moving a dependency out of order blocked Review before Create. Restoring order enabled it. Add and edit preserved activity identity and survived reload. Review exposed a separate explicit local Create confirmation. |
| Failed checkpoint | Needs attention blocked Review before Create; retrying the same draft enabled it. Editing remained available. |
| Participation | Joining with demo place/time/group opened the instance. List then showed Continue my work, including after reload. Starting a step was blocked while prerequisites were incomplete. |
| Luminary | Review displayed the invitation/channel before Approve simulation. Simulated reply and agreed-help state worked. Nothing was sent. |
| Browser errors | No error-level console entries were returned during the final local checks. |
| Static references | All change images, route captures, mapped indices and local document references checked. See static-validation.json for final counts. |

The commitment checkbox’s browser click helper did not change its state on one attempt; the native keyboard Space action did, after inspecting the unchanged control. Joining then succeeded. Native phone keyboard dismissal and touch geometry were not tested on a physical phone.

## What this does not establish

This review did not inspect production source code, server authorization, job traces, prompts, billing or database transactions. It did not reproduce OAuth against an account, test real geolocation/calendar access, send outreach, verify medical/legal operating guidance, supply final banners/sigils, or establish adopted policies and actual balances. It did not exhaustively test all 539 pages’ hidden states. Current-site blank-shell reopens and mismatched card routes are preserved as limitations.

The local prototype illustrates shared interaction contracts using a small number of representative fixtures; it is not a fully implemented replacement application. Add/Edit with Ki uses a transparent structured local edit, not an AI service. Financial records, resources, imagery, real integrations and server behavior remain implementation work. Final typography depends on supplied font assets. Full mobile/accessibility and multi-device verification belongs in the production release checks listed in the engineering handoff.

## Preview availability repair — 22 October 2026

The initial preview was stopped after review, causing connection refused. The launcher now starts a detached process with its own session and file-backed logs, bound only to 127.0.0.1:8765. A root-specific health endpoint lets subsequent launches reuse the same server. The launch command returned successfully, a separate invocation reused the same process, and 109 page/asset requests returned HTTP 200. The in-app browser rendered all 101 review entries. The server is intentionally left running. After logout/reboot or manual termination, Open Review.command restarts it; no login service is installed. Private working files and runtime logs are excluded from preview GET requests.

## DUNA directory revision — October 23

The 42-record directory preserves the original app frame, typography and controls, with warm-black top and bottom areas (#181715). Browser checks covered search, six Domain filters, card/profile routing, back-to-directory state and the ecosystem-sigil destination. Both banner and face images load in the profile. Taglines appear beneath names and in the card metadata with established/proposed status. Membership controls explicitly save only local preview state.

The DUNA Kit has a standalone validator for all 42 stable IDs, preserved legal source bytes, required metadata and 168 image assets. A separate asset delivery report checks the 168 local image URLs, and the kit contains WV entity-page evidence matched by Org ID. See [the revision specification](DUNA-REVISION.md) and [tagline review list](DUNA-TAGLINES.md).
