# Kiduna Governance Kit 1.0.0

October 26, 2026 · Integrated specification library and offline validation reference

This kit brings the October 13 DUNA Governance proposal library, Tokenomics governance passages, Master engineering contracts and DUNA policy bindings into one maintained family. It is a local specification release. It does not adopt governance for a DUNA, implement a production service, publish to Google Drive, or execute a proposal.

## Included

14 proposal types; 12 policy families; 13 record contracts; 14 synthetic proposal examples; two reusable Skills; editable authoring templates; source snapshots and checksums; offline validation and meaningful failure tests. Eight proposal types are initial priorities from the source design, not enabled production capabilities. Routine/significant/foundational are classifications whose actual thresholds require adopted rules.

The 42 DUNA bindings preserve stable organization IDs and unknown governance fields. Library availability and per-DUNA adoption are separate. Current policy references remain null until supported by actual adoption evidence.

## Validate

Install the pinned dependencies in an isolated Python environment, then run from this release folder:

The reference checker is offline. It verifies contracts and selected invariants, not real identity, authorization, custody, legal compliance or settlement. See [acceptance](docs/ACCEPTANCE.md) for service tests still required.
