# Source reconciliation and open decisions

This release integrates existing material and supplies a new proposed exchange profile. It does not convert source recommendations into adopted organizational rules.

| Topic | Integrated treatment | Provenance |
|---|---|---|
| Proposal types | Fourteen typed effects; eight source-priority types | SRC-GOV |
| Earlier two effects | role-grant maps to appointment/grant; allocation requires intent classification | SRC-LEGACY-EFFECT |
| Policy architecture | Explicit proposals → mandates → actions and receipts | SRC-GOV, SRC-TOKEN |
| Voting architecture | Immutable revisions, electorate, deterministic rule and execution bridge | SRC-ENGINEERING §10 |
| Decision method | Remains selectable and unresolved; no automatic majority-vote default | SRC-PRODUCT, SRC-DECISIONS |
| Credits | Equal nonmonetary issuance intent retained; amount/trading/expiry not adopted | SRC-LEGACY-POLICY |
| Calendar | 7/21 publication and 7–15 / 21–next 1 windows retained as source input, exact configuration unresolved | SRC-PRODUCT, SRC-LEGACY-POLICY |
| Work language | Tasks in older prose become finite Activities; accepted IDs and obligations remain intact | SRC-ACTIVITY, SRC-CYCLES |
| Money | New compensated work uses USDC, KI is compute; tokenomics financial formulas are not activated | Current Master/DUNA contract |
| Agent names | Envoys individuals, Guides Alliances, Scouts themselves, Actors delegated; DUNA Realm Ally permitted | SRC-CANON |
| Execution classes | Routine/significant/foundational classification supported; thresholds must be adopted | SRC-GOV |
| Organization readiness | All 42 governance records remain not-captured | SRC-DUNA-REGISTRY |
| Legal scope | Governing principles and applicable law need exact entity-specific review; library classification is insufficient | SRC-LEGAL and current legal-source note |

The new technical choices in 1.0.0—record shapes, stable effect names, hash profile, sample payloads and service command names—are specification proposals introduced by this task. They are versioned for review and implementation, not claims of previously adopted policy.
