It begins as a draft, visible to you until you publish. Create Initiative Describe your vision of the world as you want it. Then launch a mission, campaign, or movement to bring people together, organize collective action, and make it happen for real. Change: Give your initiative a name To: Name your initiative Change the placeholder text from: A name that invites people in To: Inspire me! When you click on the Initiatives CTA from the DUNA page you go to this page, as it should be: [https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions&duna=lunchbreakers](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions&duna=lunchbreakers)  Get rid of all this: Your Initiatives [DRAFT · Visible only to you](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions%3Arecord%2F4af6a711-52dd-4ab7-a9f5-d0d4bfa76271) [A better meal for every child.](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions%3Arecord%2F4af6a711-52dd-4ab7-a9f5-d0d4bfa76271) [DRAFT · Visible only to you](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions%3Arecord%2Ff75d366f-b74e-4e23-9ab8-09e5c541bf8d) [A better meal for every child.](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions%3Arecord%2Ff75d366f-b74e-4e23-9ab8-09e5c541bf8d) [DRAFT · Visible only to you](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions%3Arecord%2F83e8cdc1-e58c-43fe-a54e-1d47990b1566) [A better meal for every child.](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&panel=visions%3Arecord%2F83e8cdc1-e58c-43fe-a54e-1d47990b1566) You just need the single initiative At the top, replace Initiatives with Lunchbreakers in headline text (GoudyHeavyface) and directly under it The revolution is served. (Tagline) in avenir — don’t line-break. The Lunchbreakers sigil should be to the right of these. Add a create icon to the right of Actions — and the Create icon should go to create Activities — just Lunchbreakers activities. Because you’re in Lunchbreakers DUNA area, the Activities button should just show Lunchbreakers activities and the actions button should just show Lunchbreakers actions. Here: [https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&card=demo%3Abigkiduna%3Aterrace&panel=visions%3Aactivities](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&card=demo%3Abigkiduna%3Aterrace&panel=visions%3Aactivities)  Instead of Initiatives at the top, you should see the  Change: Lunchbreakers Initiatives To just: Initiatives (remove Lunchbreakers — we already have that at the top). On this page: [https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&card=node%3Abig-kiduna%3Aprogram%3Awhat-brings-us-together&panel=visions%3Alocal%2Fbetter-tray&cardState=closed](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&card=node%3Abig-kiduna%3Aprogram%3Awhat-brings-us-together&panel=visions%3Alocal%2Fbetter-tray&cardState=closed)  Instead of Initiatives at the top it should have the Lunchbreakers sigil, headline, and tag line There should also be a Create next to Actions where you can create Lunchbreakers actions Changes on all the Initiative pages: [https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=scene&card=demo%3Abigkiduna%3Aterrace&panel=visions%3Alocal%2Fbetter-tray](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=scene&card=demo%3Abigkiduna%3Aterrace&panel=visions%3Alocal%2Fbetter-tray)  Move the create and remix farther to the right — the top app area isn’t laid out well Use the remix icon — not the word Remove: Required: 1/2 connected · Recommended: 1/2 connected Just have the words Connect Tools — make it the same weight as Here’s the Plan Note that the Connect Tools will be there if there are tools to connect, and if they’re all connected it will say Connected in mint green with a green check mark. Change “Back this Vision” CTA to “Back this Initiative” The “vision/eye” icon on the top app area should be the flag/initiative icon — on all screens Changes to Create an Activity [https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&card=node%3Abig-kiduna%3Aprogram%3Awhat-brings-us-together&panel=visions%3Acompose%2FActivity%2Fschool-food&cardState=closed](https://www.kiduna.design/prototype/index.html?expression=the-big-kiduna&scene=arrival&layout=stack&card=node%3Abig-kiduna%3Aprogram%3Awhat-brings-us-together&panel=visions%3Acompose%2FActivity%2Fschool-food&cardState=closed)  Change this: A SPARK BECOMES SOMETHING SHARED Create Activity Create within A better meal for every child.. Your activity belongs here. To this: ACTIVATE A NEW REALITY Create Activity Describe an activity that will further this initiative.
