Use Initiative/flag; contextual Create; DUNA → Initiative → Activity → Action; new Lunchbreakers headers and copy; scoped collections; Claim Activity; four addressable DUNA tabs; proposed Policy label; synthetic USD/KI reporting; reversible local membership and backing. Keep old routes and source evidence.

Apple App Review and Google OAuth status checks are completed activities in the report; approval outcomes were not supplied. Web-vault and wallet QA are reported test passes, not evidence that this static prototype moves funds. Public DUNA domains and Kiduna Studio remain separate future surfaces.
The Governance reconciliation retains its own detailed adoption, credit, privacy and custody decisions. The October 22 decision record is preserved for history; the current release notes specify which presentation decisions supersede it.
